I used to be a Promotions Clerk for the company I am still with. This recipe is an adaption of a food tasting that I did. It is kind of a combination of a triffle and a tiramisu (with citrus. This is my first recipe on here--hope you enjoy!!

Ingredients For lemon berry triffle

  • 1 lb
    mascarpone cheese
  • 10 oz
    lemon curd
  • 2 tsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 24-32
    lady fingers (crunchy type)
  • 6 pkg
    assorted berries (6 oz size)
  • 1 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon extract
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 8 oz
    cream cheesse

How To Make lemon berry triffle

    Curd layer) Cream mascarpone, cream cheese, lemon curd, and lemon zest till smooth. Works best with cold mascarpone and cream cheese room temp!

    Cream layer) Mix heavy cream with powdered sugar and lemon extract and beat still soft peaks form.

    Cookie Layer) Pour lemon juice into a shallow bowl. Dip each finger into lemon juice and lay neatly into dish (1 layer). (I use a 8 by 10 by 3 inch glass)

    Berry layer) Rinse and mix berries.

    Layer in dish in following order: Cookie, Curd, berries, Cream. Going through 2 layers. Sprinkle with lemon zest for garnish.
