Yes, another lemon bar recipe, I checked the others & they are all a little different, as is mine ;)

Ingredients For lemon bars
- FOR CRUST:

1 csoft butter
-
1/2 cconfectioner's sugar

2 cflour
-
1 dashsalt
- FOR FILLING:
-
4eggs, beaten
-
1/2 cflour
-
2 csugar
-
6 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
grated rind of 2 lemons
-
confectioner's sugar for topping, optional
How To Make lemon bars

1Combine ingredients for crust, mix well. Press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 min until lightly browned. Combine flour & sugar for filling, add eggs, juice & rind. Pour onto slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 about 30 min until set. Cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired & cut into bars.
