Ingredients For just peachy blueberry crisp

  • 4
    fresh peaches, pitted, cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 2 c
    frozen wild blueberries, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 5 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • homemade whipped cream

How To Make just peachy blueberry crisp

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 3 quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.

    In another bowl, stir together oats, flour, cinnamon and ginger. Stir in brown sugar. Add butter by hand, mashing to form crumbs.

    Spread fruit mix into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle w/ oat mix. Bake 45 mins or until golden on top. Serve w/ whipped cream.
