2 stickbutter/margarine

1 1/2 cbrown sugar

1 1/2 coatmeal
-
1 1/2 cflour
-
1 tspcinnamon

4 crhubarb
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 csugar
-
1 cwater
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make inez kleppe's best ever rhubarb crisp

1Melt butter/margarine and mix with brown sugar, oatmeal, flour & cinnamon. Set aside.

2Put cut up rhubarb in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan

3In saucepan mix the cornstarch and sugar. Add the water. Bring to boil. Add vanilla. Pour over rhubarb

4Cover top with crumb mixture.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
