This is rather tastey and easy. Of course you can substitue any fruit you like!

Ingredients For grilled fruit cobbler

  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine melted
  • 1 1/4 c
    bisquick mix
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1
    medium nectarine or peach
  • 1 c
    fresh blueberries or rasberries
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How To Make grilled fruit cobbler

  • 1
    Heat grill. While grill is heating, in a bowl mix Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Beat for about 30 seconds.

    In a 9in. round foil cake pan, melt better on grill. Pour batter into pan. Top with fruit. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.

    Cover grill. Cook for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Top with ice cream or Cool whip if desired.
