(1 rating)
This recipe was a favorite during any of the Holidays, but especially around Christmas or Easter....It was quite colorful and it was a nicely sweet and cold tasting treat after eating the huge buffet of Turkey, Prime Rib or Glazed Ham and Pineapples, Candied Yams, Mash Potatoes and Turkey Gravy, Fresh Vegetables sauteed in Garlic and onions with Almonds and fresh rolls or cornbread...God Bless my family for creating happy memories.

-
2Add your Pecan Pieces about a cup's worth and your tiny marshmallows about two cup's worth on top of the fruit mixture and add the cool whip and slowly enfold the marshmallow, fruit and nut through the cool whip...Don't over mix and pour it into a serving dish and promptly cover it with lid or saran wrap and keep it in the fridge while you make the cocoanut topping.
