1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 csugar

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1/2 tspalmond extract

- 21 OUNCE CAN OF CHERRY PIE FILLING
- THE GLAZE

1/2 cpowdered sugar

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 Tbspmilk
How To Make glazed cherry pie squares

1Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan, set aside.

2In a large bowl cream butter and sugar, add eggs and both extracts, beat well. In another bowl whisk flour and salt together. Add to the butter mixture, mix until combined. The batter will be a bit thick.

3Spread 1 1/2 cups of the batter into the greased baking pan. Top with the cherry pie filling. From a spoon, drop remaining batter on top of the pie filling.

4Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick tests clean.

5When completely cooled, cut into squares. Mix glaze ingredients together and drizzle over cooled squares.
