Ingredients For fruit pizza

  • CRUST
  • 1 c
    margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    oatmeal, i use old fashioned
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • TOPPING
  • 12 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • fresh fruit such as: blue berries, black berries strawberries, kiwi fruit, bananas, peaches, etc.

How To Make fruit pizza

  • 1
    Mix the ingredients for the crust and pat in a 9x13 inch pan or a large pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 15 minutes. Mix the filling and spread over crust. Right before serving, add sliced fruit.
