Ingredients For fruit fajitas

  • 1 oz
    (20 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 8 lg
    floured tortillas
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    (1/1/2) sticks of butter
  • 1 tsp
    almond flavoring
  • 2 c
    water

How To Make fruit fajitas

  • 1
    Divide fruit equally on tortillas, roll up and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • 2
    Mix 2 cups water, sugar, and butter in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add almond flavoring and pour over tortillas.

    Place in refrigerator and soak 1-24 hours. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot or at room temperature.
