Ingredients For fruit cobbler

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • FRUIT INGREDIENTS
  • 2 c
    fruit of your choice
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    sugar/more or less depending on sweetness of fruit
  • lemon juice to taste

How To Make fruit cobbler

  • 1
    Melt butter in a 9x12 baking dish
  • 2
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar,and milk. Pour over butter.

    Mix fruit with water, sugar, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. Batter will rise over fruit.
