Ingredients For fruit cobbler

1 stickbutter
-
1 cflour
-
1 csugar
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 sm canevaporated milk (about 2/3 cup)

1/3 cwater

About 2 cfruit of your choice (peaches, blueberries, blackberries, apples, etc.)
How To Make fruit cobbler

1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Add stick of butter to a loaf pan and put in the oven to melt.

2While the butter melts, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, Evaporated milk and water together.

3Remove loaf pan from the oven. Pour the mixture into the pan with the butter, DO NOT MIX.

4Add desired fruit, DO NOT STIR.

5Bake for 45 mins to an hour, until golden brown on top. Serve warm.
