Ingredients For fruit cobbler

  • 1/2 c
    white sugar or splenda
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    skim milk
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces

How To Make fruit cobbler

  • 1
    Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl. Mix together. Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.

    Spread the fruit over the top. Flour mixture will rise to the top and cover fruit. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
