My family loves Blueberries, so I was experimenting on cobblers and my husband decided after all of the ones that I played with, this was the one he liked the best. It has more of a cake type texture. Goes really well with ice cream or whipped topping.

Ingredients For fresh blueberry cobbler

1/2 cbutter, unsalted (melted)

1 csugar
-
1 cplain flour, sifted

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

3/4 cmilk

1/2 csugar (sprinkle over berries and let set for 15 minutes)

1 1/2 tspcinnamon (optional)

1 Tbsplime juice

2 cblueberries, fresh
How To Make fresh blueberry cobbler

1Place blueberries in a medium sized bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 c sugar, cinnamon and lime juice. Stir to incorporate, set aside.

2In bowl, add top 6 ingredients, mixing together just until well incorporated.

3Place berry mixture in a 9 inch baking dish. Pour crust mixture over berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
