Ingredients For four-berry crisp

  • 1 lb
    frozen blueberries
  • 1 lb
    frozen strawberries
  • 1 lb
    frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 c
    fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1-1/4 c
    flour
  • 2-1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 c
    chopped hazelnuts
  • 3/4 c
    old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 c
    packed dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 7 Tbsp
    melted unsalted butter

How To Make four-berry crisp

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375. Place oven rack in middle of oven. In lg bowl, combine all berries w/ sugar, 1/2 cup flour and 1 tsp ginger. Transfer mix to lg baking dish. Bake 20 mins.

    In same bowl, stir together hazelnuts, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, remaining flour and 1-1/2 tsp ginger. Drizzle melted butter over top of mix.

    Remove fruit from oven and stir to combine. Sprinkle oats topping over top of fruit. Bake 30-40 mins, or until topping is browned and filling is bubbling.
