Ingredients For ellen's easy peach crisp

  • 1 can
    (29 oz.) peach slices, drained
  • 3/4 c
    quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, slightly softened
  • vanilla ice cream

How To Make ellen's easy peach crisp

    Place the drained peach slices in a single layer in an 8" round baking dish.

    Combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and butter. Mixture will be coarse. Sprinkle over peaches.

    Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven till topping is crisp, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
