1 lgcantaloupe, cut in 1/2, seeds, rind removed

1 lghoneydew melon, cut in 1/2, seeds and rind removed

1 lgcan pineapple chunks, drained

1 qtlg fresh strawberries, tops removed

3/4 cdiet gingerale
-
1/2 clow-sugar orange juice
-
2 Tbsphoney

1/2 clow-fat granola. i used granola w/ raisins
How To Make easy springtime fruit salad w/ juicy-honey dressin

1Cut melons into bite-size pieces. Place pieces in lg bowl. Cut strawberries in 1/2 lengthwise. Place in bowl along w/ pineapple chunks.

2In another bowl, whisk together gingerale, orange juice and honey. Pour over fruit mix. Cover, refrigerate 20 mins for flavors to meld. Sprinkle w/ granola right before serving.
