We always have plenty of pears every year and this is a good way to get your family to eat the delicious pears.

Ingredients For easy pear tart

1already prepared pie crust,
-
3pears
-
1 jarpear preserves or jelly

1/4 cbutter (optional)

1/4 cpowered sugar (optional)
How To Make easy pear tart

1Let pie crust come to room temperature. Turn oven to 350 degrees. Slice the pears and remove core and stems. I do not peel the pears, but be sure to wash well.

2Place the pie crust on a pizza pan, then add a then layer of preserves, next add a layer of pears and top with rest of preserves.

3Cook for 25 - 35 minutes. Then top with slices of butter and or powered sugar (optional).
