Ingredients For easy peach cobbler

  • 1/2 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    (28 oz) sliced peaches, drained slightly

How To Make easy peach cobbler

  • 1
    In 9-inch square baking pan, melt butter. (I put it in oven while it is pre-heating)
  • 2
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and milk; stir into melted butter.

    Add slightly drained peaches and spread out in pan.
  • 4
    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipping cream.
