This is an easy, great dessert when you don't have alot of time. Really good served with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients For easy peach cobbler

  • 1 20oz. can sliced peaches, drained. 5-6 slices white bread, crusts removed and cut into 2 pieces each.
  • 1 egg, 1 stick softened butter, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.

How To Make easy peach cobbler

  • 1
    Place drained peach slices in a sprayed 8X8 baking dish. Completely cover peaches with the sliced bread. Mix until fluffy the butter, sugar, egg and flour and completely cover the bread with mixture. I use a rubber spatula to spread . Bake at 350* for 35 minutes until golden brown. You can double this recipie and use a 9X13 pan.
