This is so quick and easy and scrumptious! I love cobblers and how much easier and delish can it be? I love using peaches or blueberries or both mixed. Serve with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream and enjoy.

Ingredients For easy fruit cobbler

  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    sugar cinnamon mixture
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    blueberries, peaches, etc

How To Make easy fruit cobbler

  • 1
    Melt butter (not oleo) in bottom of deep dish pan. Mix dry ingredients and add milk, stir just until mixed. Pour batter over melted butter DO NOT STIR! Pour fruit over this and DO NOT STIR! Bake @ 325 deg. for 45 min until the crust comes to the top and browns slightly.
