Ingredients For easy fruit cobbler

  • 2 c
    fresh fruit ie blackberries, blue berries, peaches ect
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    rolled oats (quick or instant)
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make easy fruit cobbler

  • 1
    using a glass loaf pan cover bottom of pan with fruit sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice
  • 2
    cut butter into chunks put in corners and in three places in center
  • 3
    mix flour sugar and milk and pour over fruit
  • 4
    mix brown sugar and rolled oats and sprinkle over top
  • 5
    bake at 350 till golden brown and knife comes out clean from batter
