This is a recipe a fellow employee gave me years ago when we had one of our monthly pot-luck lunches. It was just so simple and delicious that I haven't made a cobbler the "old-fashioned" way in years.

Ingredients For easy fruit cobbler

1 stickbutter
-
2 cbaking mix (pioneer or bisquick)

1 cmilk
-
1 csugar
-
1 lg(#2 1/2) can peaches with juice

1/4 tspground cinnamon

1 tspbrown sugar
How To Make easy fruit cobbler

1Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish in oven.

2Mix baking mix, sugar and milk in a medium bowl.

3Pour batter in pan with melted butter.

4Spoon peaches and juice over batter (pour any extra juice over the batter also). Do not stir.

5Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of mixture.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.

7Serve warm with ice cream, whipped topping or just plain.
