My grandparents had a lot of fruit trees in their back yard so I got to taste a lot of new things my Grandmother made, this is one of my favorite one she did with apples from her yard.Hope you enjoy it..Catherine

Ingredients For dessert

  • 4 lg.
    apples
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • to taste
    vanilla extract-real

How To Make dessert

    Peel,core and cut apples fine. Mix together eggs,sugar,flour and baking powder. Stir in vanilla and apples.Bake in moderate oven (350)until firm..Serve with french vanilla ice cream.. Enjoy
