Ingredients For crumbly-topped rhubarb

3 cyoung rhubarb, unpeeled, diced

1/2 cbrown sugar

6 Tbspunbleached all-purpose flour

6 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspwater

1/8 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1 Tbspunbleached all-purpose flour

1/2 cquick cooking oats
How To Make crumbly-topped rhubarb

1Preheat the oven to 350.

2In a 10x6x2 inch baking dish, combine the first 6 ingredients.

3Cream the butter with the flour and brown sugar, then stir in the oats.

4Sprinkle over the rhubarb.

5Bake for 40 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender and the top is brown.
