This pie is a breeze, I got it from a book about Reflux and what to eat. I love to enjoy the same things i use to but now i have to change things around.. And thanks goodness to this great change...

Ingredients For creamy cherry pie
- CRUST:

1 Tbspbutter, melted

2 Tbsplight sour cream
-
1 Tbsplemon or orange liqueur

1 1/4 cgraham crackers crumbs
- FILLING:

14 ozsweetened condensed milk fat free

1 1/4 clemon juice
-
1 csour cream
-
21 ozcan of cherry pie filling
How To Make creamy cherry pie

1combine butter, 2 tbs. fat free sour cream and lemon or orange liqueur in a food processor and pulse briefly just until blended. Press mixture in bottom of a 9 inch pan and set aside.

2Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and 1 cup of sour cream to mixing bowl and beat on low until smooth and creamy. Spread over prepared crust.

3spoon cherry pie filling over cream mixture using a small dinner spoon. Bake for 18 minutes or until filling appears to be nicely set. Let cool about 30 minutes. Then Refrigerate until completely cool. Serves 12
