My daughters recipe that I fell in love with. I love anything pumpkin, and especially w/ cream cheese, goes great w/ my coffee...yum!

Ingredients For cream cheese-stuffed pumpkin donut holes

1-1/2 cflour

3/4 csugar

1 tspsalt

1-1/2 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspground ginger
-
dashcloves
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted

1 cpureed pumpkin
-
1 tspvanilla

1egg
-
18 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes

1/2 csugar
-
1 tspcinnamon

1 Tbsplight brown sugar
How To Make cream cheese-stuffed pumpkin donut holes

1Fill a pot w/ oil, heat until hot enough to fry. In bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.

2In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Add to flour mix, just until combined. gather a spoonful of dough, and place a cube of cream cheese in center of dough. Cover the cream cheese fully w/ dough.

3Repeat w/ dough and cream cheese. Gently place donut holes in batches in oil. Fry a few minutes each side. Drain on paper towels. In small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll donut holes in mix.
