crazy moist banana coffee cake
My husband loves bananas and I wanted to make him a banana bread or cake. I have recipes for both and ended up taking ingredients from both to make this crazy moist cake loaded w/ mashed bananas. It's so good, I think I ended up eating most of it.!

Ingredients For crazy moist banana coffee cake

4large ripe bananas-mashed

1 boxmoist yellow cake mix

1 boxsmall, instant banana pudding mix

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1-1/2 tspvanilla
-
1/2 cchopped pecnas
-
1/3 cpacked light brown sugar
-
4 lgeggs
-
2 tspground cinnamon
-
1 tspnutmeg
-
1 canwhipped cream cheese frosting, ( or you can make your own.)
How To Make crazy moist banana coffee cake

1Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 10-cup bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In small bowl mix pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.

2In large bowl beat bananas, cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and vanilla until combined. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon-nut mix into bottom of pan evenly.

3Pour 1/2 of the batter over the cinnamon mix. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-nut mix over batter. Pour remaining batter over cinnamon mix. Using a butter knife, swirl the batter. bake 45-55 mins. ( my oven it took 48 mins.) Let cool. Microwave the frosting for just a few seconds to make it drizzle consistency. Drizzle frosting over the cake. You may only need 1/2 the can of frosting. Slice and serve.
