THIS RECIPE IS FROM MY NANNY, EVERYTIME WE MAKE IT, WE THINK OF HER!! WE USUALLY USE CANNED PEACHES FOR THIS COBBLER BUT ANY FRUIT WILL DO. IT CAN BE DOUBLED EASILY FOR A BIGGER PAN.

Ingredients For "crazy crust cobbler"

1 csugar

1 cflour
-
1 cmilk

1 stickbutter or margarine

1 can14 oz. sliced peaches in light syrup
How To Make "crazy crust cobbler"

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* DEGREES

2COMBINE SUGAR AND BUTTER, FLOUR, POUR IN THE MILK AND MIX. IT WILL NOT BE A SMOOTH "BATTER" POUR IN A 8X8 UNGREASED PAN.

3BAKED FOR 40 TO 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE TOP IS A GOLDEN BROWN. IT WILL LOOK "GOOEY". SERVE WARM WITH A SCOOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM OR VERY GOOD AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DOUBLE THE RECIPE THEN USE A 9X13 PAN.
