Ingredients For cranberry-pineapple freeze

  • 3 c
    cranberries, ground or finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 8 1/4 oz
    can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz
    pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    whipping cream, whipped

How To Make cranberry-pineapple freeze

  • 1
    In a large bowl, combine cranberries and sugar; stir in pineapple and nuts. In separate bowl blend cream cheese and, gradually add cranberry mixture, mixing well until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 13x9-inch baking pan. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 20 servings.
