This was originally a cranberry raisin pie recipe, but I switched it up a bit, and the family likes this better! Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream!

1 1/2 csugar

1/4 cflour

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspnutmeg

1 bottlesmall 12oz bottle orange juice

1 pkg5 oz. dried cranberries

1 pkg4.5 oz. raisins

1 ccoarsly chopped pecans

1/2 csugar

1/2 cflour
-
1 stickbutter, softened
-
1 tspvanilla exact

1/2 tspalmond extract
-
1/2 tspcinnamon

1 coatmeal
How To Make cranberry orange crisp

1Preheat oven to 325* Grease, or pam a large round glass casserole dish.

2In a medium sized saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; gradually stir in the orange juice until smooth. Stir in cranberries, and raisins. Heat over med-high heat stirring constantly until boiling. boil 1 min, remove from heat and pour mixture into the prepared casserole dish.

3Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top of the cranberry mixture.. In a seperate bowl; to softened butter add the sugar, flour, vanilla, almond extract and cinnamon; add the oatmeal and mix until crumbly with a fork... Sprinkle topping over cranberry mixture.

4Bake for 40 min. Enjoy!
