cranberry crunch

I found this recipe a number of years ago. I don't remember where. My husband doesn't care for for cranberries, so I have not made it that often. In fact, I had misplaced it for awhile. But, I would like to make it, since I found it.

Ingredients For cranberry crunch

  • 1 c
    uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1 can
    whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce

How To Make cranberry crunch

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan.

    Mix first 3 ingredients together. Cut in butter, until crumbly. Place half of this mixture in the prepared pan.

    Cover mixture with whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce. Top with the remaining oat mixture.

    Bake 45 minutes. Serve hot, topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
