Ingredients For cranberry/brown rice crisp

1 cbrown rice, cooked

1 cancranberry sauce(14oz. can)whole berries

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 tspcinnamon, ground (divided)

1 cbrown sugar (divided)

1/4 Tbspsalt
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted

1 cgraham crackers, crushed
How To Make cranberry/brown rice crisp

1first butter a shallow baking dish, in a large bowl combine the instant brown rice, can of cranberries, lemon juice, 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, half of the cinnamon & salt

2pour into prepared dish, then in a seperate small bowl, combine the graham crushed crackers, rest of cinnamon, brown sugar and butter...mix well and top the dish

3bake 350 for 20 mins. till golden brown... cool for at least 30 mins... serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped whip if desired
