This is just so easy to make and the wait is hard sometimes. But when it is done and you get a bowl full and maybe some ice cream on top and a glass of milk well don't need to say any more. yuummmyy

Ingredients For cobbler - fruit

  • 1 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • butter
  • 1 can
    sliced - peaches

How To Make cobbler - fruit

    in med. bowl mix flour - milk and sugar until smooth. In an oven safe dish put peaches (or other fruit) drained in dish with a few dots of butter. Pour flour, sugar, milk mixture over peaches and put dabs of butter on top cook on 350 for about an hour never have timed it just make sure the dough is good and brown about half way through I sprinkle alittle more sugar on top of dough and if the cobbler seems to be to dry I add a little of the juice from the can of peaches around the edge of pan.
