dont know where I got this, have it written down for years, will be posting other random recipes that I had written down from random places a few years ago

Ingredients For cinnamon apple rings

  • 18
    medium apples
  • 6 c
    sugar
  • 3 c
    water
  • 9 oz
    red cinnamon candies
  • 3 dash
    red food coloring drops

How To Make cinnamon apple rings

  • 1
    peel, core, and cut apples into 1/4" slices
  • 2
    combine rest of ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil, then add apples and cook for 5 minutes
  • 3
    add to pint jars and process for 25 minutes
