I made these turnovers using egg roll wrappers and pie filling. I had some leftover wrappers and leftover pie filling, plus I wanted to make a dessert, so this was the perfect choice! They were very tasty and satisfying! Sweet and crunchy! What's also great about these turnovers is that they have zero fat and only about 80 calories each! I combined apple & blueberry, but you can use any fruit filling you like!
