I got this recipe from my friend Cheryl. Great dessert for potlucks and office gatherings.

Ingredients For cheryl's apple crisp

4 call purpose flour

1 and 1/4 cwhite sugar

3 stickbutter, unsalted, room temperature

2 canapple pie filling

cinnamon
How To Make cheryl's apple crisp

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add flour and blend all together until crumbly.

3Take half of the mixture and spread (do not press too hard) on bottom of greased 9x13 pan (I prefer glass).

4Pour 2 cans apple pie filling. Sprinkle cinnamon over apple pie filing. Take the other half of mixture and crumble all over the top of the apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve warm with a scoop (or two!) of vanilla ice cream.
