1 pkg(8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cconfectioners' sugar

1egg, separated

2tubes (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls

1 can(21 oz) cherry pie filling
How To Make cherry cream crescents

1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk.

2Separate dough into 16 triangles; place on lightly greased baking sheets.

3Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture near the edge of the short side of each triangle.

4Top with 1 tablespoon of pie filling. Fold long point of triangle over filling and tuck under dough.

5Lightly beat egg white; brush over rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
