Ingredients For cherry chimis

5flour tortillas

1 cancherry pie filling

canola oil
-
powdered sugar
-
chocolate fudge topping (optional)

whipped topping (optional)
How To Make cherry chimis

1Warm tortilla shells in microwave for about 5 seconds just to make them flexible, and not stiff.

2Lay tortilla flat and using a spoon, pour cherry filling in the middle of the shell. Fold tortilla around cherries, and seal with a toothpick to hold in place.

3Place the tortilla shell into the oil and fry until a crisp golden brown. Remove from oil and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.

4To add a little extra, sometimes i drizzle chocolate over the top and add whip cream. Enjoy!
