Ingredients For caramel-apple biscuits

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/4 c
    packed, light brown sugar
  • 6 c
    sliced granny smith apples
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 lg
    can pillsbury grand biscuits

How To Make caramel-apple biscuits

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray muffin tins w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet, heat butter and caramel topping over medium heat until bubbling.

    Stir in brown sugar and apples. Cook until apples are tender. Sprinkle 1 tbsp pecans into each muffin tin. Spoon 1/3 cup caramel topping into each cup.

    Stretch 1 biscuit to cover 1 muffin cup fully. Repeat w. each biscuit. Bake 20 mins, or until golden. Cool 5 mins. Carefully scoop out muffins onto a plate.
