Ingredients For brandied strawberry fondue

  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 oz. whipped chream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • peaches, pears, pineapple, pound cake, marshmallows, bananas

How To Make brandied strawberry fondue

  • 1
    Crush strawberries in large pan. Mix cornstarch, sugar and water. Add to strawberries. Cook and stir over medium heat til thick and bubbly. Pour into fondue pot. add whipped cream cheese, stirring til melted. Gradually stir in brandy. Serve with dippers of choice. Make 2 to 3 cups or 6 servings.
