Ingredients For blushing maid

  • 10 oz
    raspberries, frozen
  • 3 slice
    pumpernickel bread
  • 2 oz
    dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp
    chambord raspberry liqueur
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 10 oz
    yoghurt, plain
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla

How To Make blushing maid

  • 1
    Thaw the raspberries a little (they should not become too soft!).
  • 2
    Process the pumpernickel to coarse crumbs, mix with chopped chocolate and put into a glass bowl and soak with liqueur
  • 3
    Whip cream until stiff.
  • 4
    Cream yoghurt with the sugar and vanilla
  • 5
    Fold in whipped cream
  • 6
    Pour yoghurt cream over soaked bread crumbs
  • 7
    Top with raspberries and refrigerate for one hour or so (it tastes better if it's a bit soaked through).
