10 ozraspberries, frozen

3 slicepumpernickel bread

2 ozdark chocolate

2 Tbspchambord raspberry liqueur

1/2 cwhipping cream

10 ozyoghurt, plain

2 Tbspsugar

1 Tbspvanilla
How To Make blushing maid

1Thaw the raspberries a little (they should not become too soft!).

2Process the pumpernickel to coarse crumbs, mix with chopped chocolate and put into a glass bowl and soak with liqueur

3Whip cream until stiff.

4Cream yoghurt with the sugar and vanilla

5Fold in whipped cream

6Pour yoghurt cream over soaked bread crumbs
-
7Top with raspberries and refrigerate for one hour or so (it tastes better if it's a bit soaked through).
