1/2 cbutter

1 csugar

4 cblueberries

1 pkgyellow cake mix

4 tspgrated lemon peel, divided in half
How To Make blueberry upside-down cake

1Melt butter in a 13x9x2" pan. Sprinkle sugar evenly over melted butter.

2Mix blueberries with 2 teaspoons of lemon peel; sprinkle over sugar.

3Prepare cake according to package directions; stirring in 2 teaspoons of lemon peel at the end of mixing.

4Spread batter over berries. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until the cake is done. Let stand for 10 minutes; turn out on a platter.
