Ingredients For blueberry trifle, low fat

  • 2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1 sm
    angelfood cake loaf (or leftover angelfood cake)
  • 2 c
    low fat granola
  • 1
    container low fat (or fat free) whipped topping

How To Make blueberry trifle, low fat

    Sweeten blueberries to taste using your favorite sugar substitute. Tear anglefood cake into small, bite sized pieces You will need about 2 cups fo pieces.

    Layer tifle in a pretty glass bowl or make individual bowls as follows: Place 1/3 of angelfood cake on bottom of bowl. Add about 1/3 of berries, next add 1/3 of granola, and 1/3 of whipped topping. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used. Refrigerate.
