Ingredients For blueberry pudding cake

1 tspcinnamon

1 cflour

3/4 csugar

1 tspbaking powder

2 cfresh blueberries

1/2 cmilk
-
3 Tbspbutter, melted

1 tsplemon juice
- TOPPING:

3/4 csugar

1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1 cboiling water
How To Make blueberry pudding cake

1Toss blueberries with cinnamon and lemon juice. Put in greased 8" square baking dish.

2In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder; stir in milk and butter. Spoon over berries. Combine sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over batter.

3Slowly pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes or till the cake tests done. Enjoy!
