note: Frozen blueberrys can be used by cooking berries in water and sugar a few minutes and adding a thickening, either flour or a package of plain gelatin. I have also added chopped pecans to the crust before baking.

Ingredients For blueberry delight

  • 1 can
    blueberry pie filling
  • 1-8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese
  • 2 tsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1-10 oz.
    carton whipped topping
  • 2 c
    graham cracker crust
  • 1 stick
    melted butter

How To Make blueberry delight

  • 1
    use crumbs and butter to make a crust; press down in a 12 inch pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 8 minutes. cool.
  • 2
    mix sugar,milk and cream cheese; smooth over graham cracker crust. Add blueberry filling. Top with cool whip refregerate till cool.
