I love blueberries, found this in an old old cookbook and modified it to make it great.

Ingredients For blueberry crunch

  • 2 1/2 c
    blueberries, part thawed
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    pecans chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted

How To Make blueberry crunch

  • 1
    HEAT OVEN 325 SPRAY 10 inch pie plate, cooking spray. SPREAD blueberries in pie plate.

    SPRINKLE 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c nuts over berries.

    IN A BOWL; COMBINE 2 eggs, 1 c sugar, 1 c flour, 1/2 c melted butter and cinnamon. BLEND WELL. POUR OVER BERRIES. BAKE 50 minutes.
