The way to my sons heart is through his blueberries. He loves this pure blueberry goodness. With a scoop of ice cream, it's hard to beat. So easy too! Enjoy!

Ingredients For ~ blueberry crunch ~

  • 4 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 c
    flour + 1 tablespoon
  • 1/3 c
    packed, brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    quick oats
  • 4 Tbsp
    softened , butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make ~ blueberry crunch ~

    Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Spray a 2 - 2 1/2 quart deep dish casserole or grease. Place blueberries in the dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar.

    In a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients, using a pastry blender - blend until mixture is crumbly.

    Sprinkle evenly over the blueberries and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
