4 cfresh blueberries

1/3 csugar

1 1/2 tsplemon juice

1/3 cflour + 1 tablespoon

1/3 cpacked, brown sugar

3/4 cquick oats

4 Tbspsoftened , butter

1/2 tspcinnamon
How To Make ~ blueberry crunch ~

1Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Spray a 2 - 2 1/2 quart deep dish casserole or grease. Place blueberries in the dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar.

2In a medium bowl, add remaining ingredients, using a pastry blender - blend until mixture is crumbly.

3Sprinkle evenly over the blueberries and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
