How To Make blueberry corn muffins

1preheat oven 400 degrees f. sift the rice flour, cornmeal, an sodium bicarbonate into a bowl. add the sugar, blueberrys, an apple, an mix well.

2mix the yogurt, lemon juice, oil, an apple juice in a jug. pour into the bowl an stir in to make a soft batter, you may need a little extra apple juice. it should easily spoon into muffin tins you should have enough to make 10 muffins.

3bake in oven 15 min or until golden. cool an serve
