How To Make blueberry cobbler

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Melt butter in 9×9 inch baking dish in the oven.

3Stir together the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Spoon that into the bottom of the baking dish on top of the butter.

4Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon. Using a pastry cutter cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in the buttermilk just until the mixture is moistened. Drop the dough by rounded spoonfuls on to the blueberries. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
