Ingredients For blueberry cheesecake

  • 3 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 - 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 2 can
    blueberry pie filling

How To Make blueberry cheesecake

  • 1
    Mix graham crackers with 1/2 cup sugar. Mix in melted butter.

    Mix thoroughly and press into a 9 x 13 pan.

    Beat eggs with vanilla, cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Beat until smooth.

    Spread on crumbs, sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Cover the top with the blueberry pie mix. Refrigerate.
